Firstly what you need to have on face-book and online for that matter is a branded lead capture page. With facebook your prospects are rfeally on your doorstep because its so easy to find them. All you need to do is look for your target market. So
pick a reputable network marketing company and do a search for it in the search box in facebook. There you will find probably the company corporate page and other group pages. Now most of these people on these groups are definitely network marketers.
